Products, descriptions, and pricing
We work to describe and display our scarves as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen, and knit textures and handmade finishing mean slight variation between items is normal and not a defect. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information and to cancel any order placed based on such an error, even after it has been submitted.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a refund.
Payment
We accept payment through Stripe, including major credit and debit cards and supported digital wallets (such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash App Pay). We also offer “buy now, pay later” options through third-party providers such as Affirm and Klarna; those services are provided by, and subject to the terms and approval of, the applicable provider. By submitting an order, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount, including applicable shipping and taxes.
Discounts and promotions
From time to time we offer promotions, such as our discount for purchasing two or more scarves. Promotional pricing applies automatically at checkout under the terms stated at the time of the offer, cannot be combined except where noted, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are described on our Shipping page and shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the order to the carrier.
**International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by the destination country; these are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.**

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in North Carolina.
