What are your scarves made of?
100% Merino Wool or 70% Acrylic / 30% Wool blend
What’s the difference between the knit and size options?
Conventional knit is a smaller loop with a more elegant look compared to the Shaker knit which is a larger loop and a more rugged look.
Regular size is 68″ long (approximately) and Long size is 80″ long (approximately).
All scarves are hand-finished with individually knotted fringes.
Care Instructions
Machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water. Tumble dry on low. Professional dry cleaning is also an option. Do not bleach. If pressing is needed, iron on low heat.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I pay in installments?
Yes — at checkout you can split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments with Affirm or Klarna (e.g. about $28.75 each on a $115 scarf), subject to their approval.
Do I need an account to order?
No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account is optional and just lets you save your details and view past orders.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, and we never see or store your full card number.
How do I know my order went through?
You’ll get an email confirmation right after you order.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll cancel it for a full refund (we usually ship within 24 hours, so reach out quickly). Once your order has shipped, it can’t be cancelled, but you’re welcome to return it after it arrives.

Scarf Discount
How does the 2-scarf discount work?
Every pair of scarves is 10% off — automatically calculated and you can see the discount applied in your cart as well as checkout.
Ex. 2 scarves at 10% off the pair. 4 scarves = 2 scarves at 10% off the pair + 2 scarves at 10% off the pair and so on.
Every complete pair is discounted; the single unpaired scarf remains at full price.
Ex. 3 scarves = 2 scarves at 10% off the pair + 1 scarf at full price.
Any combination of 2 qualify so you can mix and match — any 2 colors, material, sizes, or knit.
